Inside Sales supports our Urban Media team, whose mission is to bring our tailored and creative out-of-home (OOH) products and solutions to the market. The objective is to inform the market about our different offerings and innovations, while building strong and long-lasting relationships with our clients.

• You act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between Bauer Media and the client (OOH specialist). You are responsible for correspondence (via phone and email) as well as for managing client files.

• You are responsible for the coordination, logistics, and execution of advertising campaigns for our clients in Belgium.

• You provide both commercial and administrative support to the Urban Media team.

• You build and maintain close relationships with clients and act as their key advisor.

• You proactively reach out to clients to sell projects and/or propose creative solutions.

• You manage advertising campaigns end-to-end:

👉 You handle client requests and anticipate their needs
👉 You plan all campaign-related actions, secure the best locations, and organize the required materials
👉 You prepare and send the necessary quotes and authorizations
👉 You monitor campaign progress and provide feedback to clients

• A solid experience in a commercial, planning or coordination role is a strong asset.

• A good understanding of the media landscape is a definite plus.

• You are fluent in French and Dutch.

• You are client-oriented and maintain a professional attitude in all your interactions.

• You are driven by sales; results-oriented, persistent, and highly committed to the business.

• You have a strong interest in advertising, and your creativity allows you to generate new ideas.

• You are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize.

• You are proactive and enjoy taking initiative.

• A true coordinator; you are methodical, organized, and detail-oriented.

• You demonstrate patience, stress management, and assertiveness.

• You enjoy being in the field and are able to manage follow-up autonomously.
